4 large eggs
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups pumpkin puree
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Whisk together wet ingredients.
Add all dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into baking pans to a depth of 1 inch
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
