  For me........ it was to see how much water is needed! 3 gallons a day per person! Then he was watering gardens besides! Had a drip system when on city water ! Interesting to see how he saves rain water big time! He used solar pump from rain water supply. Hey, it all goes back into the ground, just like regular rain would!
